For 1 hour lease review and advice in conference or by phone, we charge $400* and no charge for preliminary document review.

For lease preparation we charge pursuant to the Practitioner Remuneration Order Fixed Rate starting from $400*

• *Practitioners Remuneration Order Scale 

For work other than Fixed Fee work, you can elect to be charged what is known as scale rates under the Practitioner Remuneration Order (PRO) which are fees fixed by Parliament and the Courts

We offer our clients the option of having our Fees independently assessed by the Law Institute of Victoria costing service so that you always have peace of mind that our fees are fair

For work other than Fixed Fee work, you can choose to be charged at our competitive hourly rates instead of the PRO scale
